Selected as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in marketing and advertising, Thea Neal is a Social Media Leader at Hallmark, where she works in retail marketing for more than 2,000 Hallmark Gold Crown stores. Previously, she has held social media positions at FleishmanHillard, Ignite Social Media and the USDA Forest Service. Thea earned her bachelor’s in journalism at Michigan State University, and then attended Duke University where she received her master’s in liberal studies. In her free time, she volunteers for Planned Parenthood and is an active member of Rotary Club and Teach for America’s Champions Board. She is also the dog mom behind the Instagram account, @lucywrinkles.
