  • Brio Tuscan Grille 502 Nichols Road Kansas City, MO United States (map)

Over the past year, Wendy’s has taken social media and the QSR industry by storm with their topical, relevant humor and playful sarcasm. While most brands are skittish about genuinely engaging in real time with their social media audiences, Wendy's community management is all in, loving on fans and playfully roasting haters every day. The result: millions of loyal, engaged followers and a collection of the ad industry’s most prestigious awards.

Join VML’s Social Strategist Christina Miller, and the voice behind the pig-tails, Community Manager Matt Keck, as they share their approach to social engagement and tips for how to prepare to seize Cannes worthy opportunities when they arise.
